1. LAW OF SERVICES OF THE INFORMATION SOCIETY AND ELECTRONIC COMMERCE

In compliance with the provisions of art. 10 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 on Information Society Services (L.S.S.I.), the following General Information is hereby disclosed:

That the domain hotelamorino.com from now on Web Site is registered in the name of AMORIÑO 1988, S.L. with registered office in Rúa Arrayal, 39 A , 36700 – Tui (Pontevedra); provided of CIF B36951861, from now on THE OWNER.

In the supposition that the User is domiciled outside Spain, AMORIÑO 1988, S.L. and the User, expressly renouncing any other jurisdiction that could correspond to them, submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Tui.
